Malika Séguineau is the executive director of Ekhoscenes. She is also an administrator of the National Music Council (CNM) and a member of the High Council for Equality between Women and Men (HCE).
Previously, Malika was a legal journalist at the Wolters Kluwer group (Liaisons Sociales) and wrote books on social law.
Malika graduated with a master's degree in private law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, she pursued a doctorate in private law, and taught at the University.
Malika has promoted various programs within Ekhoscenes, beyond the union's traditional missions: a program in favor of Women Managers, an “HR Campus” for managers, a Les Ekhos reflection cycle, whose 1st edition was held in June 2024, on the relationship between work and employment in the entertainment industry.
She is also involved in an association that supports high school students from rural areas and small towns in their orientation. Coming from this rural France, knowing difficulties and self-censorship, Malika is committed to helping young people in building an ambitious personal career. Malika is also involved in students who are interested in the sector, she works in many schools, and wants to open up businesses to more diversity.
