Frédéric LETURQUE
Mayor of Arras

Frédéric LETURQUE is Mayor of Arras, a city of 43,000 inhabitants located in Pas-de-Calais, which has hosted the Main Square Festival for 20 years. He is also President of the Arras Urban Community. In 2004, the year the Main Square Festival was created, Frédéric LETURQUE was Deputy Mayor. In this context, he participated in the birth of the festival on the Grand'Place, then in its move to the heart of the Citadelle, a UNESCO heritage site. Elected Mayor in 2011 and President of the Arras Urban Community in 2020, he has since continued the strong partnership between the two communities and Live Nation to make the Main Square Festival an event firmly rooted in the region, both popular and attractive.
