Dominique Zgarka is the epitome of the music industry capitalist, the friendly artist and the passionate leader of the music industry for 50 years. Since then, Dominique has not only been president of North America's largest independent label and independent distributor Koch Entertainment, but he has also orchestrated the $100 million sale to the global movie, music and television conglomerate eOne [sold in turn a few years ago to Hasbro for $4 billion] 14 years ago, the day Dominique literally decided to retire, the director of the operation of Universal Music had other projects for him and he is now the co-founder and shareholder of the SRG-ILS group, which is in the top 5 of Virgin's largest international label groups. Virgin is a wholly-owned division of Universal Music Group and distributes SRG-ILS around the world.

Over the past few years, Eliot has won several Ivor Novello awards, numerous gold records, BMI and ASCAP awards and has built a solid reputation in music publishing, with a number of international hits from Mungo Jerry, Imagination, Shaggy, Shaggy, Kelly, Kelly Marie, Kelly Marie, Destiny's Marie, Kelly Marie, Destiny's Child, Bananarama, Brian Johnson (AC/DC), Agnes Monica and Mariah Carey, to name but a few. only a few. Over the past 35 years, Red Bus Recording Studios has recorded the successes of numerous international artists, including George Michael, Brian Johnson and Geordie, Spandau Ballet, Culture Club, Boy George, Alison Moyet, Brian Wilson, Brian Wilson (Beach Boys), Brian Wilson (Beach Boys), Brian Wilson (Beach Boys), Brian Wilson (Beach Boys), Duran Duran, and producers such as Martyn Ware, Mike Hedges and, most recently, Sasha.

Diversifying, Eliot created Sound and Vision Management Limited, one of the largest master catalogs available for online digital distribution, including thousands of major titles. In 1990, he created OVC Media to develop the production of DVDs and television programs, as well as a DVD label. Eliot was responsible for the first independent production commissioned by the BBC for the seven-part series Barbara Woodhouse's World of Horses and Ponies and was internationally successful working with the renowned Moscow City Ballet. He has also worked as a consultant for international companies such as Peer Music and Sony/ATV on music projects. SACEM recognized his contribution to songwriting and publishing as the co-composer of “Lady In Blue”, number 1 throughout Europe (recorded by Joe Dolan), “La Dame En Blue” by Michel Louvain, of which he became an honorary member, and a documentary about Eliot's 35 years in the music industry was recently broadcast on Channel 4.

My Board experience includes Director of Silvertech, one of HP’s five original incubator companies and founder of E-KidsInternet where I launched E-Movies, one of the earliest down- load companies.
