Jules de Lattre is an Agent at the London office of leading talent and entertainment company United Talent Agency (UTA). De Lattre has been with the company for fifteen years. As part of the senior agent team, he helps to elevate the department in terms of short and long-term strategies and overall positioning within the wider music industry.
A native French speaker, De Lattre represents a diverse roster of artists including Burna Boy, Karol G, St. Vincent, Tinashe, Yves Tumor, l’Imperatrice, Marc Rebillet, Chance the Rapper, Christine & The Queens, BADBADNOTGOOD and Zaho de Sagazan.
After graduating from Edinburgh University with an MA in Economics and Politics, de Lattre started his career in London in 2004 at multi-purpose music company Best Kept Secret before joining United Talent Agency (formerly The Agency Group) as an agent in 2008.
Jules de Lattre was nominated for the “Live Agent” award at the Music Week Awards in 2017 and 2019, and featured on Billboard’s International Power Players list in 2019 and 2022. de Lattre was also nominated for agent of the year at the European Festival awards in 2023 and 2024.

Ben has successfully created and organised over 30 songwriting camps across Europe, Asia and Latin America, involving over 300 songwriters and 250 publishers, labels and management companies, allowing these companies to gain access to new markets, cumulating tens of millions of streams in the process.
