After her business school in Dublin & 2 years in the Polytechnic university of Spain, she begins her career at Accor group. ( 5 300 hotels, 110 hotels, 240 000 employees) Starting junior, to top management, working on strategic projects such as Accor Live limitless launch & Paris Saint Germain deal and then leading her own department : managing digital communication for their 40 brands & also celebrities & VIPs worldwide. After 7 years working for Accor group, with her strong network & communication expertise, she launched her own agency Ginger & Limon. With 2 main entities 1 for luxury & lifestyle brands for strategic projets, communication & image, 1 for celebrities to work with them on their image and also support them 360 on ail their projects.‍

Emilie Rose
Global director of Cultural Marketing Europe - adidas

Emilie is a storyteller, a change agent driven by a vision, with an exemplary background in marketing, communication, and talent management in leading organizations.

Having spent most of her career in Los Angeles and working for the influencer and marketing team at Adidas Entertainment, she has built a reputation for establishing partnerships, identifying and signing top talent and emerging talent for product co-creation and campaigns. Using her expertise in fashion, sports, and culture in tandem with an extensive personal network, Emilie has created some of the greatest brand experiences led by the industry.

In 2019, Emilie blossomed into the role of Global Brand Marketing Lead for the company's biggest partner, Beyoncé. This role allowed him to inspire and develop leading campaigns, to initiate creatives and activations.

Back in London, Emilie found her roots in influencer marketing as director of cultural marketing for Europe.

Emilie advocates for the creation of an inclusive corporate culture for diverse voices, with a particular focus on the fashion industry and the creative sector.

Anna Gregorek
Senior Director, Music Brand Partnerships & Strategic Marketing at leading global talent, entertainment and sports company, UTA

Throughout her career Anna has passionately and strategically partnered brands with artists to further elevate and extend both their reach and engagement with global fans, whilst also building new audiences with memorable campaigns and activations arcoss key global territories. 

At UTA, she heads up the UK Brand Partnerships Division and represents a client list that spans Dolly Parton, Arca, Diplo, Take That, Zayn, Florence + The Machine, Kenya Grace, Kylie Minogue, Craig David and Sevdaliza. Noteable brand partnerships she has secured in the past year for her clients include Nicole Scherzinger x P&O Cruises, Latto x Just Eat, Arca x H&M, Kenya Grace x Rimmel, Sevdaliza x Marine Serre, Arca x Gucci, and Ashley Walters x McDonalds. 

Anna’s work in the industry has been recognised by Pollstar in their 2024 Impact International Honorees, as well as being honoured in Billboard’s International Power Player list 2024. She is an impassioned and vocal advocate for seeking equality for women.


Before joining UTA in 2022, Anna led the Global Commercial department and strategy at YM&U Music for all management artists including Years & Years, Take That, Steve Aoki, Blink 182, Clean Bandit and MNEK. Prior to this, Anna was in senior global label positions at EMI and then Warner, proudly curating, negotiating and procuring international deals for key artists including Dua Lipa, Coldplay, Swedish House Mafia, Kylie, Gorillaz and Charli XCX. Anna’s love of partnering musical artists and brands was forged at the start of her career, leading the Red Bull Culture Marketing department when it first launched and Global Marketing and Artist Strategy for Dr Martens.
