WEEZEVENT is a specialized website allowing you to purchase Tickets for Events organized by Organizers, directly via its websites.
WEEZEVENT is merely an intermediary acting under a contract by which it is empowered to issue, produce, sell, and market tickets on behalf of the Organizer.
Consequently, WEEZEVENT's role is limited to the marketing of Tickets, without intervening in any way in the organization of the show or the Event itself.
Organizers remain fully responsible for the execution of the Events.
Bookings are made in real-time via WEEZEVENT's servers, based on the Event configuration data provided by the Organizer.
In this context, you are informed in real-time about ticket availability.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all ticket purchases offered for sale by SAS WEEZEVENT on its website.
You are required to read these terms before any ticket purchase, as the choice to use WEEZEVENT's services is solely your responsibility.
WEEZEVENT's registered office is located at 14 Rue de l’Est in DIJON (21000). You can also send your correspondence to its administrative office at 10 Rue Morice in CLICHY (92110).
This contract applies to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, particularly those applicable to other ticket sales channels. It can be consulted at any time on the WEEZEVENT website and will prevail over any other version or contradictory document.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in WEEZEVENT's computer system constitutes proof of all transactions you enter into with WEEZEVENT.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, reinforced and supplemented by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which came into force on May 25, 2018, you have the right, at any time, to access, rectify, object to, erase, and port all your personal data by writing, via mail and providing proof of your identity, to:
WEEZEVENT – 10 Rue Morice – CLICHY (92110).
You declare that you have read and accepted this contract by checking the designated box before proceeding with the ticket ordering process. Validation of the ticket order signifies your unrestricted and unreserved acceptance of this contract.
Finally, you acknowledge that you have the necessary capacity to enter into a contract and purchase tickets offered on the WEEZEVENT website.
This contract may be subject to future modifications. In such a case, the version in effect on the day of your purchase will apply to the purchase.
An order on the WEEZEVENT website is registered when you accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by checking the designated box and validating your order. In accordance with Article 1127-2 of the Civil Code, the Customer has the opportunity to review the details of their order, its total price, and correct any errors before confirming acceptance. This validation implies acceptance of all these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and constitutes proof of the contract.
It is therefore your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and to immediately report any errors.
Ticket sales will only be considered final after WEEZEVENT has sent you email confirmation of order acceptance and after full payment has been received.
WEEZEVENT reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is an outstanding dispute regarding payment for a previous order.
Ticket prices are indicated with the currency and, depending on the case, excluding or including all taxes, and, depending on the case, including or excluding booking fees, and, where applicable, handling fees. When fees are excluded from the ticket price, they are presented at the beginning of the purchase process along with applicable taxes.
For certain Events, at the request of the Organizers, you will receive vouchers instead of Tickets: in this case, unless otherwise specified, Tickets must be collected, in exchange for the vouchers, at the venue entrance, 30 minutes before the start of the Event.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable only in the currency indicated during the ordering process.
WEEZEVENT reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time orders are placed.
You are informed in real-time, when placing your order, of the availability of the desired Tickets.
Should all or part of the Tickets in the desired category be unavailable, WEEZEVENT will inform you, and you may then purchase Tickets in another category, subject to their availability.
If the number of Tickets you requested exceeded the number of Tickets available in the chosen category or in another category offered, WEEZEVENT may assign you non-contiguous seats.
In any event, you will be able to verify that the order matches your wishes at the time of order confirmation.
WEEZEVENT provides you with a seating plan during the booking process, when it has been supplied to WEEZEVENT by the Organizer and when seats are numbered. This seat location is not contractually binding and is provided for informational purposes only.
For paid Ticket orders, you must make your payments by credit card directly on WEEZEVENT's Sites. WEEZEVENT accepts credit card payments from CARTE BLEUE / VISA and EUROCARD / MASTERCARD networks, as well as any other networks mentioned during the payment step.
Your bank account will be debited for the order amount upon final validation of the transaction in the case of a secure credit card payment, unless you have deferred debit, in which case the debit will be effective on your bank account at the end of the month.
A purchase confirmation, along with an invoice if the Organizer has enabled the option, will be automatically sent to you by email once the payment has been registered.
If the Organizer allows it, you can also reserve a Ticket by choosing "Offline Payment". In this case, we will only register a reservation: you will need to make the payment directly to the Organizer under the conditions they define.
To be valid, the Ticket must not have been subject to a dispute or non-payment on the credit card used for the order, in which case the barcode will be deactivated: you will then not be able to access the Event.
The debiting of the credit card is independent of the actual printing of the tickets. In any case, the Tickets will be paid for even if the Customer fails to print them.
WEEZEVENT employs all reasonably acceptable technologies to ensure the highest reliability for its online payment system. The confidentiality of banking information is guaranteed and secured by the SSL protocol, which systematically verifies access rights during credit card payments and encrypts all exchanges.
For these payments, WEEZEVENT uses CIC bank's payment solution.
Upon confirmation of your order, and unless otherwise specified during the order, you will receive an email electronically containing the digital Ticket (in the body of the message or as an attachment) to be printed at home on A4 paper.
Each Ticket has a unique barcode which allows you access to the Event. Only one person may access the Event with a Ticket. Therefore, in the event of loss, theft, or duplication of a valid Ticket, only the first person presenting the Ticket will be granted access to the Event. You remain responsible for the use of your Ticket.
This Ticket is only valid if printed on blank, white A4 paper, double-sided. The print format must not have been altered, the print quality must be good, and all information on the Ticket must be legible. Printing can be done in black and white or in color.
Partially printed, soiled, damaged, or illegible Tickets may not be accepted and will therefore be considered invalid by the Organizer.
The Organizer may also accept other methods of Ticket presentation: mobile phone, tablet, etc. These options may be presented, where applicable, during the ordering process.
The Ticket is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
It is personal to you and non-transferable, unless expressly authorized by the Organizer. The Organizer may not have wished to personalize each Ticket, in which case they will exclusively bear the same identity, namely that of the buyer provided during the order. In any event, the Ticket may not be sold for a face value higher than that indicated on the Ticket. WEEZEVENT reserves the right to take legal action against Buyers who offer Tickets for sale at a price higher than their face value.
The illicit sale of access passes to the Event (entry tickets, invitations, badges, passes, etc.) in public spaces, private venues, or online, is a criminal offense punishable by questioning and arrest by law enforcement, and a fine of €15,000 (Article L 313-6-2 of the Penal Code).
The Ticket is only valid for the specific venue, session, date, and time of the Event. After the start time, access to the Event is no longer guaranteed; in this case, you will not be entitled to any refund. You are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the Event begins.
Some of the times indicated by the Organizer may be strict deadlines with no tolerance for late entry.
Anyone who fails to comply with the rules and specific provisions, or the General Terms and Conditions, may be denied entry to the event or expelled without entitlement to a ticket refund.
The Organizer is responsible for ensuring Ticket control, unless this task has been delegated to a third party. The unique barcode and, if applicable, the Ticket ID will be used to verify the validity of each Ticket.
For named Tickets, the Organizer always has the option to check your identity at the entrance to the Event venue. You must therefore carry a valid official photo ID if you wish to access the Event.
When setting up the Event, the Organizer may specify any other supporting documents to be presented at the entrance to the Event venue. In such a case, you will be informed prior to the Event, and the Organizer may request the presentation of said documents.
You must keep your Ticket or the standard two-part Ticket that may have been given to you by the Organizer upon entry to the Event for the entire duration of the Event.
Please note that the Organizer is not obliged to verify the identity of the person holding the print-at-home Ticket, nor to verify the authenticity of the print-at-home Ticket, as a copy of the print-at-home Ticket cannot be reliably detected. Furthermore, please note that you are responsible for keeping your Ticket safe, and access to the Event may be refused even if your name appears on the Ticket, in which case you will not be entitled to any refund.
It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate, or counterfeit a Ticket in any manner whatsoever. The person who reproduces the Ticket and the user of the copied Ticket are liable to prosecution. In case of loss or theft, WEEZEVENT disclaims all responsibility for the illicit use of the Ticket. Any lost or stolen Ticket is neither exchangeable nor refundable. In case of loss, theft, or duplication of the Ticket, please contact the Event Organizer.
In accordance with Article L.221-28, paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code, Tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal. All orders are firm and final.
A Ticket cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, even in case of loss or theft.
A Ticket can only be refunded if the Event is cancelled and solely at the Organizer's discretion. WEEZEVENT reminds that it acts only as an intermediary for the Organizer during the sales process and is not intended to receive the price of tickets sold by the Organizer. Therefore, WEEZEVENT cannot be held liable for any refund if it is not in possession of the ticket price, nor can it substitute for the Organizer in fulfilling the Organizer's obligations.
In this context, WEEZEVENT will only process refunds if the Organizer has enabled it to do so.
You will be informed of any Event cancellation, postponement, or modification by WEEZEVENT only if WEEZEVENT has been previously notified by the Organizer. We therefore advise you to remain in contact with the Organizer to stay informed about the Event's status.
Should WEEZEVENT be able to process a refund on behalf of the Organizer, only buyers who placed an order on the WEEZEVENT website and whose name appears on the Ticket will be eligible for reimbursement.
Your refund, excluding bookings made via "Offline Payment," will only be processed by WEEZEVENT on behalf of the Organizer if the Organizer has provided or made available to WEEZEVENT the necessary funds to issue the refund. WEEZEVENT acts solely as an intermediary for the Organizer in this transaction and is not personally responsible for issuing refunds. Furthermore, refunds can only be processed if:
By purchasing a Ticket on the WEEZEVENT website, you expressly agree to waive any claim against WEEZEVENT for a refund, as WEEZEVENT is not responsible for receiving ticket payments. WEEZEVENT will, however, make every effort to help you obtain a refund from the Organizer.
Please note that any decision to cancel, postpone, or modify an Event is the sole responsibility of the Organizer, and WEEZEVENT cannot act as a substitute for them.
In the event of an Event cancellation, rental fees will, in any case, be retained by WEEZEVENT. In such scenarios, only the Ticket price will be refunded.
You must comply with the Organizer's instructions while at the Event venue.
The Event's Internal Regulations may be available for consultation, either directly on the Organizer's website, or prior to accessing the Event, or after being sent by the Organizer via email before the Event.
Unless otherwise specified, photography, filming, or recording is prohibited at the Event.
The Organizer, particularly in the case of sold-out Events, has the option, via the Software, to offer participants who wish to do so a refund for their Ticket, and to offer new participants the opportunity to purchase new Tickets through a "resale" module.
This refund, at a fixed price or within a price range defined by the Organizer, is only effective for the participant if, and concurrently with, a new participant purchasing a new Ticket of the identical category. This new Ticket is sold at the selling price freely determined by the Organizer.
The new Ticket and its generated barcode, which is the subject of the new sale, then replaces the participant's original Ticket in the overall event capacity, it being specified that the refund of the original Ticket immediately invalidates all rights attached to it.
In this context, and should multiple participants request a refund, the refund order will follow the order of resale requests made, based on a first-come, first-served principle.
If a price range is defined by the Organizer, it is up to the Participant to set the price at which they wish to be refunded within that range. This price set by the participant then impacts the order in which the Ticket appears on the resale module, with tickets listed in ascending price order.
Additionally, the Organizer may, at their discretion, set "resale" fees which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Furthermore, should the Organizer have activated this option and you request a refund for your Ticket, you will receive an email summarizing your request and detailing any fees applied by the Organizer, the refund amount due to you, which could be processed if the previously stated conditions are met.
Please note that by activating this request, your Ticket may be refunded at any time to the payment method used for your initial order, without any further confirmation being required from you.
An email informing you of the refund would then be sent to the email address used for your order.
However, as long as you have not received this email, you can cancel or modify the refund request from the same interface used for the refund request. Under the same conditions, WEEZEVENT may cancel this request at any time, without WEEZEVENT's liability being incurred.
WEEZEVENT will under no circumstances be obliged to refund the value of your Ticket.
In accordance with Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, Article L 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, WEEZEVENT is fully liable to the consumer for the proper execution of obligations arising from the distance contract. As such, WEEZEVENT is responsible to you for the correct transmission of the Ticket and, where applicable, for the proper execution of payment. It is reminded that the choice to use WEEZEVENT's services rather than another ticket sales channel is your sole responsibility.
However, WEEZEVENT cannot be held responsible for the smooth running of the Event or for the Organizer's proper fulfillment of its obligations, particularly regarding the Event's execution and adherence to health and safety regulations.
WEEZEVENT acts solely on behalf of the Organizer for the sale of Tickets, and you remain entirely responsible for your choice of Event and Organizer.
The Ticket sales referred to herein are subject to French law.
In case of disputes, French courts have sole jurisdiction.
Generally, Events are held under the sole responsibility of the Organizer. WEEZEVENT acts on behalf of the Organizer strictly for ticket sales. WEEZEVENT cannot be held liable for reasons outside its scope of responsibility, including but not limited to:
