Article 1 — Organizing Company
LIVE NATION SAS, a company with a capital of 37,000.00 euros whose head office is located at 11 rue Paul Lelong, 75002 Paris, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 513 451 468 represented by Angelo GOPEE, General Manager, duly authorized for the purposes of these, duly authorized for the purposes of these, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizing Company”, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizing Company”, acting on his behalf, is organizing a free game with no obligation to purchase, hereinafter referred to as “Competition Game”.

Participants must spin the wheel available throughout the event via the MIDEM mobile application. They will then receive a link redirecting them to a web page containing a random draw.

All entries during the period and complying with these rules will be taken into account.

Phase 3: Announcing the winners of the draw
The draw will take place on the same day of the concerts, and will be carried out among the participants who participated and who meet the conditions of these regulations.

The Organizing Company cannot incur any responsibility if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control or justified necessity, it were required to cancel this game, to shorten it, to extend it, to postpone it or to modify its conditions, it being unable to be held liable for this fact.

To be taken into account, the request must be made on plain paper indicating the title of the competition, the name and surname of the participant, his e-mail address and his postal address as well as the date and time of the connection. Only one refund will be made per household (same name, same address) for the duration of the competition. All requests whose contact details are incomplete, deleted or illegible will not be processed and Live Nation cannot be held responsible.
The connection fees, and the postage fees for this request, will be reimbursed, according to the following terms:
- for Internet connection costs: reimbursement based on five (5) minutes, including the first indivisible minute at 0.12 Euro then the additional minute at 0.02 Euro, i.e. the five (5) minutes at 0.20 Euros.
It is agreed that any access to the competition that will take place on an unlimited flat rate basis (cable, ADSL, etc.) cannot be reimbursed since the subscription is contracted by the Internet user for his use of the Internet in general, the comfort it provides and that accessing the competition does not incur any additional costs.
The refund request must be accompanied by proof attesting that the participant does not benefit from a fixed subscription entitling him to an unlimited Internet connection over time.

Objective : To reward a project or an initiative that particularly touched or impressed the jury.

4. Export prices
Objective : Promote an artist, a project or a structure that has contributed to the international influence of French music.

Article 5 — Conditions of participation
Participation in the Prize is open to any pre-selected natural or legal person.
Article 6 — Selection process
As part of the 2026 edition of MIDEM, the Organizing Company is organizing an Award ceremony rewarding players in the music industry in the year 2025.

For the Innovation Prize, a specific jury has been set up, composed of:
Phase 1: Pre-selection
A phase of receiving applications by professional organizations will be organized by the Organizing Company during the month of December 2025.
A pre-selection phase will be carried out by the Jury, which will be asked to pre-select from the complete list received and sent by the Organizing Company.
This phase makes it possible to finalize the list of pre-selected candidates, which will be submitted to the vote of the accredited.
Phase 2: Voting
The nominees by selected category will then be proposed to the vote of all accredited professionals for the 2026 edition of MIDEM via an email sent by the Organizing Company.
Each person will have the opportunity to vote once for the nominee of their choice per category.
VOTER'S CHARTER

No prizes other than the award of the trophy will be awarded to the winners.

This cancellation can be done at any time and without notice.
Article 13 - Disputes
If one or more provisions of this regulation were declared null or inapplicable, the other clauses would retain all their force and scope.
The law applicable to this competition is French law.
Any dispute arising during this game will be the subject of an attempt at amicable settlement. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
Any dispute will no longer be admissible after January 5, 2026.
