Article 1 – Organizing Company
LIVE NATION SAS, société au capital de 37,000.00 euros dont le siège social est situé au 11 rue Paul Lelong, 75002 Paris, immatriculée au Registre du Commerce et des sociétés sous le n°513 451 468 représentée par Angelo GOPEE, Directeur général, dûment habilité aux fins des présentes, ci-après dénommée « la Société Organisatrice », agissant en son nom, organise un jeu gratuit et sans obligation d'achat, ci-après dénommé « Challenge ».
Article 2 – Duration
The Challenge is open from June 17, 2026, at 12 PM Paris time, until July 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM Paris time. No entries submitted outside this period will be considered by the Organizing Company.
Article 3 – Participation
Participation in the Challenge is open to any legal entity, with the exception of the Organizing Company's personnel and members of partner companies involved in the operation, as well as their families.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to request, at any time, any supporting document to verify the eligibility of the participating legal entity and to conduct all necessary checks. Any entity that does not respond to this request or does not meet the participation conditions may be disqualified.
Article 4 – Challenge Mechanism
For MIDEM 2027, the Organizing Company aims to award one selected startup with privileged visibility and presence (official materials, accreditations, and exhibition space) during MIDEM 2027.
Phase 1: Participation
Participants must complete an online form.
Phase 2: Open Challenge from June 17, 2026, at 12 PM Paris time, until July 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM Paris time.
All entries submitted during the period and complying with these regulations will be considered.
Phase 3: Selection
A selection of finalists will be made by an internal jury from the list of applications submitted by the Organizing Company and meeting the following selection criteria:

Phase 4: Announcement of the Winning Startup
The winning startup will be informed prior to the event, during the month of August.
Article 4 – Prizes

Before receiving their prize, the winner must fulfill the conditions defined in these rules.
The prize offered cannot be contested by the winner in any way, nor can its cash equivalent be claimed, nor can it be replaced or exchanged for any reason whatsoever.
However, should the Organizing Company be unable to deliver the prize actually won, it reserves the right to replace the announced prizes with prizes of equivalent value or similar characteristics.

La responsabilité de la Société Organisatrice se limite à cette seule offre et ne saurait en aucun cas être engagée, quels que soient les incidents susceptibles de survenir au cours de leur déroulement.
Article 6 - Publicity
Participants agree that the Organizing Company has the right to publish, on any medium whatsoever, for advertising or other communication purposes, on the Internet or otherwise, worldwide, the names of the winners, without the winners being able to demand any financial compensation, and this for a period of two (2) years from the announcement of the winners.
Article 7 - Liability
The Organizing Company cannot be held liable if, due to force majeure or events beyond its control or justified necessity, it were to cancel, shorten, extend, postpone, or modify the conditions of the present game, and its liability cannot be engaged as a result.
It reserves the right in all cases to extend the participation period.
Furthermore, participation in the Challenge implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly regarding technical performance, response times for consulting, querying, or transferring information, risks of interruption, and more generally, risks inherent in any Internet connection and transmission, the lack of protection of certain data against potential misuse, and the risks of contamination by potential viruses circulating on the network.

Article 8 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the operation implies full acceptance of these rules and of the Organizing Company's decision on any dispute that may arise concerning the interpretation and application of these rules.

The Organizing Company reserves the right, should circumstances require it, to postpone, modify, or cancel this Challenge, to change the participation period, and to immediately and definitively resolve any difficulties that may arise during the Challenge. The Organizing Company's liability cannot be invoked if, due to an unforeseeable, irresistible, and external event, the obligations resulting from these rules cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part.
Article 10: Data Protection
It is hereby specified that the personal data collected concerning participants is mandatory and necessary for processing their participation in this Game, for managing the draw, and for awarding prizes, it being understood that any participant exercising their right to delete their data before the end of the Game will be deemed to have forfeited their participation.
To participate in the Challenge, participants must provide certain personal information about themselves.
Should the participant be declared a winner, they authorize Live Nation, free of charge, to freely use their first name, last name, and email address for advertising or other promotional purposes, on the Internet or otherwise, worldwide, on any medium, for a period of five (5) years from the announcement of the winner.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of July 6, 1978, as amended, participants have the right to access, modify, and object to the processing of personal data concerning them by writing to the following address:

stating their first name, last name, email, and address. In accordance with current regulations, this request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identification document bearing the Participant's signature, as well as the address to which the response should be sent. A response will then be sent within 2 months of receiving the request.
Article 11 – Reimbursement of Connection Costs
Internet connection costs will be reimbursed upon simple request made by any participant under the conditions indicated below, as will the postage costs for this request. This request must be sent solely by postal mail no later than seventy-two (72) hours following the player's participation date in the Challenge, as evidenced by the postmark, to the following address: Live Nation SAS, Service Juridique; "Challenge", 11 rue Paul Lelong, Paris, France.
To be considered, the request must be made on plain paper, stating the Challenge title, the participant's first and last name, email address, and postal address, as well as the date and time of connection. Postage costs will be reimbursed based on the current standard "letter" rate.
Only one reimbursement per household (same name, same address) will be made throughout the duration of the Challenge. All requests with incomplete, crossed out, or illegible contact details will not be processed, and Live Nation cannot be held responsible.
Connection costs, and postage costs for this request, will be reimbursed according to the following terms:
- for internet connection costs: reimbursement based on five (5) minutes, with the first indivisible minute at 0.12 Euro and each additional minute at 0.02 Euro, totaling 0.20 Euros for five (5) minutes.
It is understood that any access to the Challenge made via an unlimited flat-rate subscription (cable, ADSL, etc.) will not be eligible for reimbursement, as the subscription is contracted by the internet user for general internet use, the convenience it provides, and accessing the Challenge incurs no additional cost.
The reimbursement request must be accompanied by proof that the participant does not have a flat-rate subscription entitling them to unlimited internet access.

Reimbursement will be processed approximately four (4) weeks from the date Live Nation receives the request.
Article 12 - Exclusion
The Organizing Company may cancel the participation(s) of any player who has not complied with these rules.
This cancellation can occur at any time and without prior notice.
Article 13 - Disputes
Should one or more provisions of these rules be declared null or unenforceable, the other clauses will retain their full force and effect.
The law applicable to this Challenge is French law.
Any dispute arising from this game will first be subject to an attempt at amicable settlement. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
No claims will be accepted after August 31, 2026.
