Breaking free from norms with refinement: Irène Drésel’s techno is experienced between aesthetics and transgression. Powerful, magnetic, as spatial as it is organic, the prism of her music brings light out of darkness, revealing a contrasting imagery. No respite is given to the audience, hypnotized by the sounds of bells and the sharp rhythms of Irène’s secret garden alongside her partner, Sizo Del Givry (percussionist), as her live performances take on the feel of a pagan ceremony. Concert halls and festivals will be filled with shades of pink to celebrate her third album, ROSE FLUO, whose tour, just announced, has already sold out the Olympia for May 2024.
