Department of Culture - Mairie de CannesIn the 1960s, Roger Kasparian immortalized icons of music and cinema such as Johnny Hallyday, the Beatles or Catherine Deneuve. At 20, Kasparian dreamed of photographing Charles Aznavour, a symbol of success for young Armenians in France. He fulfilled this dream in 1960 during a concert at the Alhambra, capturing intimate and significant moments in the singer's career.
